    We do our utmost best to deliver our products and services well. Unfortunately, a product may appear to be incorrect, and we understand how annoying this may be.

    Do you have a complaint? It is wise to let us know as soon as possible. Preferably as clearly and completely as possible. You can, among other things, use our contact form or send an e-mail to [email protected]. Complaints will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requests a longer processing time, you will receive a response message within 14 working days of receipt and an expectation if you can expect a more comprehensive response.
