Please note that we do not perform all repairs on a Nintendo 3DS. We do not perform repairs on the top screen , motherboard , bottom screen, touchscreen , or casing .

Is one of these parts damaged? Then, unfortunately, we cannot carry out this repair for you.

Please note: we do not repair New Nintendo 3DS . Our repairs are exclusively for the regular Nintendo 3DS models that fall within our repair capabilities.

How long does a Nintendo 3DS repair take?

The repair duration is a maximum of 2 weeks . The exact repair time depends on the current workload and the availability of the necessary parts.

When the necessary parts are in stock , the repair is usually ready within 1 week . If parts need to be ordered, the repair may take longer.

Send Nintendo 3DS:

If you are unable to visit our store in Groningen, it is also possible to send your broken 3DS to us.

Pack your 3DS well and securely. Also include a note with your address details, phone number, and email address, plus a clear description of the problem/defect. If you have worked on your game console yourself, you must also report this.

As soon as the repair is ready, you will receive an email containing a payment request. If desired, we will then send your game console back to you along with the replaced part.
