Your PS3 will generally be repaired within two weeks, depending on demand and availability of the necessary parts. The repair fee is €25, which is waived if you agree to the repair. The warranty is two months.
After a successful repair, we guarantee that you can enjoy gaming on your trusted PlayStation 3 again as usual.

Send PlayStation 3:
If you are unable to visit our store in Groningen, you can also send your broken PlayStation 3 to us.
Pack your PS3 securely and safely. Also include a note with your address, phone number, email address, and a clear description of the problem/defect. If you've worked on your console yourself, you should also report this. It's not necessary to include cables and a controller.
Once the repair is complete, you'll receive an email with a payment request. We'll then return your console to you with the replaced part, if desired.
