Your Xbox Series X will typically be repaired within one week, depending on demand and stock availability. There is a €25 inspection fee, which will be waived if you agree to the repair. The warranty is two months.

If you are unable to visit our store in Groningen, you can also send your broken Xbox Series X to us.
Wrap your Xbox Series X securely and safely. Please include a note with your address, phone number, email address, and a clear description of the problem/defect. If you've worked on your console yourself, please report this as well. You don't need to include cables or a controller.
Once the repair is complete, you'll receive an email with a payment request. We'll then return your console to you with the replaced part, if desired.
