Payment, shipping & pick up info

Delivery
At Gameland-Groningen, all orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL.

All orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. Orders with “standard delivery” within the Netherlands and Belgium over €75 are shipped free of charge.

Pick Up
It is possible to pick up your order in our store in the city of Groningen. You can select this option when completing your order. Click here for our opening hours.

Payment
At Gameland-Groningen there are several payment options available. You can pay via:

• iDEAL / Bancontact / Belfius / SofortBanking / DIRECTebanking
  If you use online banking, you can easily and directly pay within the secure payment environment of your own bank. Any transaction fees will be shown in the shopping cart.

• PayPal
  Paying with PayPal is also possible. You do need a PayPal account for this. For more information on creating an account, please visit the PayPal website.

• Prepayment via Bank Transfer
  If you choose prepayment via bank transfer, you can first place your order and pay afterwards. After placing your order, you will receive an email with our bank details and your order number, which you must include with the transfer.

Please allow one to three business days for the payment to be processed. As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order.

• Pay on Collection in Our Store
  You can also choose to pay when picking up your order in our store. This can be done either in cash or by debit card.
