Generally, your Switch will be repaired within two weeks, depending on workload and the availability of necessary parts. Diagnostic costs are 35 euros; these are waived if you agree to the repair. The warranty is two months.
After a successful repair, we guarantee that you can game on your trusted Nintendo Switch just like before.
Nintendo Switch Not Charging:
If your Nintendo Switch still does not charge after a USB-C port repair, the charging IC chip on the motherboard might be broken.
This chip, also known as the M92T36 chip, is responsible for power regulation during charging. If this chip is defective, it can lead to problems such as the Switch not being able to charge, even if the cable and dock are functioning correctly.
In many cases, a short circuit in the USB-C port can lead to damage to this chip. Fortunately, it is possible to replace this chip. By replacing the M92T36 chip, we can restore the functionality of the Nintendo Switch, allowing you to charge with the old cable again. The cost to replace this chip, including the USB-C port, is 175 euros.

If you are unable to visit our store in Groningen, it is also possible to send your broken Nintendo Switch to us.
Pack your Nintendo Switch well and securely. Also include a note with your address details, phone number, and email address, plus a clear description of the problem/defect. If you have worked on your console yourself, you must also report this.
As soon as the repair is ready, you will receive an email containing a payment request. If desired, we will then send your game console back to you along with the replaced part.
