Your DS Phat will generally be repaired within two weeks, depending on demand and availability of the necessary parts. The diagnostic fee is €25, which is waived if you agree to the repair. The warranty is two months.

If you are unable to visit our store in Groningen, you can also send your broken DS Phat to us.
Wrap your DS Phat securely and safely. Also include a note with your address, phone number, email address, and a clear description of the problem/defect. If you've worked on your console yourself, you should also report this.
Once the repair is complete, you'll receive an email with a payment request. We'll then return your console to you with the replaced part, if desired.
